Has anyone seen a post on selling their '04 rims? I'm really interested in those rims for my S2000. I want to paint them a darker shade of the IS300 rims and Pathfinder rims. A velvety gunmetal/chromish finish. Very nice indeed.

I've been keeping an eye on E-Bay for some stock 00-03 OEM rims. Want to pay around $ 450 Max.

Saw two E-bay auctions for 04's w/3K on the tires last week...... went for $1600.00+ the other was at $ 1200.00+ and climbing when I looked at it.

 

I would think after the 2005 S2k is out, the new OEM wheels will be more available.

I saw someone on the board get 1600 for them which surprised me.

 

Damn, $1600 is unreal. You could buy brand new OEM rims for $1200. Of couse, that does not include the rubber.

 

I want to get a set of these also, when the $ comes down a looong way from what it is now. I am thinking about powdercoating them gunmetal, or either bronze.
