I'll be there...but I guess you were meaning S2K guys.
I missed last year's event and am looking forward to this one. There should be PLENTY of runs, not to mention the added element of running in the dark!

I was really wanting to do the 24 hour this year. Alas, I'll be in Danville (for another weekend) with my home club, TSCC.
If you're in the Charlotte area though, I'd definately recommend the 24 hr if you're interested in autocross. Not only do you get a lot of runs for not much more than a normal autocross, but you have the chance to run at night, which I imagine would be awesome.

G,
I believe that you can come and go. I was reading a post from a Clemson car club member who posted that you can pay $50 for the whole 24 hrs or $30 for 12 hrs. What I took from the post was that the 24 hrs is split into 2 12 hr segments. The only thing that you have to do is work a 2 shift per 12 hr segment. Here is the post I was reading.

Cobra: THAT should be a great event (TrailCross?) you guys are hosting this weekend, too. I read about it on the HSCC boards. You guys have an EXcellent venue there. I attended TSCC's school there, as well as the Evo Phase One this year. BTW, tell Scott S. I FINALLY got my eBay can re-welded. (He helped me fix it...with bailing wire...at the TSCC school!)
However, after making that drive twice this year, that's just a tad far. Be safe and have fun!
The CCR event should be a winner, too! Complete details, along with online pre-registration info is on the site. One GREAT thing about the event is the ability to designate WHICH runs (I think of 5) are your "offical" runs. All other runs are practice. GREAT opportunity for learning, test/tune, and/or swapping drivers/cars.
If you REALLY want to maximize the number of runs, it'd obviously be better to do the whole 24. I'd imagine you could run about as much as you want in the wee hours of Sunday morning.
