Durham resident here. I'm interested!
How many miles on the RE-11s?
Also, haven't tried a non-staggered setup before. What are the major differences?

The RE-11s have maybe 5k miles on them. possibly even less. I havnt driven much with them on.

The TRM C3's are for a non-stagger setup. I love non-stagger. It gives the S2000 SO MUCH better turn in it litterally blew my mind. For autoX it would be advisable to get a sway bar but I was able to adjust for just fine with my KWv3s. The difference is litterally night and day.

I decided not to use the TRMs because I need a wheel with more brake clearance since I am going with a BBK kit on the S2000 and I need a wheel that will easily swap over to my EVO and clear it's Brembos as well. This means both the CE28s and the TRMs have to go and I need to buy all new wheels.

What disadvantages are there of using non-staggered?

Non-Staggered:
Pro:
+More grip up front = better turn in and response especially with AutoX.
+Rotations now possible = longer tire life
+understeer is reduced (at the expensive of possibly introducing oversteer. however I find the increase in front traction greatly improves the controllability of oversteer)

Cons:
-since the front now has more grip, a sway bar is recommended in order to maintain balance at the limit or a big wing for track days. Once you have the balance set then this Con is eliminated.
-increased likely hood of snap oversteer since front now has more grip.
-Steering feels heavier due to increased rotational mass on front wheels (wider tires have more grip)

I am Not running a sway bar or wing. I simply set my KwV3s to obtain a good balance and i was fine. I also do not Race the s2k on a road course so i am not pushing it super hard either. For street non-stagger is a great way to obtain more grip and maximize tire life.

what do you mean the offset wont work? What car are you trying to put them on?

I ran a 255/40/17 with 17x9 +45 in RPF1 with my car Very low and it was fine. Granted I rolled the fenders but it was otherwise ok. These are 3mm less aggressive.
