B, I have been trying to reach you regarding the top that I paid you for, but you have not installed.
You have not been returning my phone calls, emails, texts or PMs.
The last time that I heard from you was in April
You contacted my son in August about the top, but he has not heard anything from you since then.
I was in on the group install in NY in April.
I paid you in March for a top and installation. You either ordered the wrong top for my AP1 or Robbins shipped the wrong one to NY.
You assured me that you would be back soon to install the top. It has been over 6 months and you do not even have the courtesy to get back to me.
I understand that in August your shop was broken into - that sucked. You posted your displeasure with your stuff having been stolen, which is certainly understandable, but how is your keeping over $1000 of my money any different than what the thieves did you?
Please get in touch with me and refund my money.
