Bernie, no question.
There will always be a driver (or two) who becomes a pantomime villain.
Their tenure is relatively short.
Ecclestone has been in the sport for decades and saferty aside has F1 improved as a spectator sport due to
- increased regulation
- constant changing of circuits (ie classics being dropped)
- the new circuits
- messing around with points
All brought in under Ecclestone

Schumacher, given the package advantage he had for many of his championships he did not need to pull some of the stunts he pulled in the past (including but not limited to dangerous driving, race fixing etc. etc.

Bernie needs bringing down a peg or two IMO!! I can't stand the jumped up little man. He actually makes my skin crawl every time I see him on TV.
Eddie Jordan is a breath of fresh air to F1 punditry in my view. I like him when he says exactly what everyone else is thinking but they don't have the balls to.

I find it impossible to choose one of the drivers as, given the choice / opportunity all the drivers would do the same.
This has been demonstrated over many years in this sport and others.
Competitive edge, ruthlessness, supreme confidence, arrogance.....

Alonso is a cheating greasy little spaniard.
He looks greasy, is little and is spanish.
No idea if schumacher is a nazi of a sausage botherer, but the rumour is that his brother is.
