My biggest two annoyances are the new crop of people who do about 35mph on NSL roads, which are too busy for me to overtake on.
And people who hog the middle lane and drive slowly when I'm towing a trailer, because I can't overtake you in the outside lane!!!

Lane hoggers.
Poor indication or no indication especially at roundabouts.
People who think that just because they have their indicator on to change lanes they can.
People who join motorways at 30-40mph instead of accelerating down the sliproad and joining the traffic at the speed it's going.
Micra drivers
People who overtake you on the motorway at great speed only for you to have to overtake then 10 miles down the road because they are now dawdling.
I could go on......
