people who sit in the outside lane of dual carriageways
(I can't get bothered about middle lane morons on motorways if I can still overtake)
amd people who don't know how to indicate correctly when using a roundabout
there is also a recent trend of ignoring the right of way conventions which depend on whose side of the road an obstruction is found

I don't quite understand the actual defination of 'middle lane drivers'.... are you guys referring to
- ppl who drives on the middle lane but goes slower than the national speed limit, or
- generally ppl who are in the middle lane, including those who drives at the legal speed limit and constantly passing slower cars every half a mile???
i have seen drivers that move in and out of the slow lane just to overtake a slower car on the slow lane, and that annoys me even more.....

Rule 264
You should always drive in the left-hand lane when the road ahead is clear. If you are overtaking a number of slower-moving vehicles, you should return to the left-hand lane as soon as you are safely past. Slow-moving or speed-restricted vehicles should always remain in the left-hand lane of the carriageway unless overtaking
Highway code! (paste)
