People that are happy doing 35mph in a 60mph. But I think I'm more annoyed by the sheep that just follow them too close to permit easy overtaking. So you have to overtake multiple people at once. "you won't get there any quicker..."

On a more positive note the A697 is a fantastic road, as is any road north of Fort William.
