My friends TRD Celica went to Malta a few weeks ago, my 200SX went to France a year ago and the S I bought was almost snapped up by European buyer too..
The Euro was strong when I sold my SX so that was the motivation then, not sure how things are at the moment but it could be legit
Can be risky for them too, the guy who bought my SX bought a few others before and said 2 blew up on the way home to France!!

A friend's wonderfully restored MG-A went to a French buyer recently.
Ironic that is was a US LHD import he converted to RHD... which he converted back to LHD for the French buyer!
