It just fits and is on a BMC 1800 'box.

Simon didn't notice the flying Finn had kept the marine water pump; the Buick water pump has an incredibly long nose on it...

The engine/transmission probably weighs only 15 grammes more than the original A-series and gearbox...

I used to have an MGB that had a 3.5 V8 shoed into it. Nightmare car that just ran too hot and with its block hugger cast manifolds could not breath above 4500 rpm.

knew lots of people that spent big money on better conversions but into a space like that it must cook.

It's the mating of a Rover V8 to a Princess in-the-sump gears that's the towering achievement.

Although stuffing it into a Mini is also impressive...
