The old dear came across a slow-moving Austin A30 whilst holidaying in cornwall. At 70mph. Swerved to avoid and ended up in the barrier. Via the Austin A30.

DOH!!!

Just heard from the insurer this morning and it's been written off...

Everyone was fine. Mum had a sore neck but that was all.

The car actually stood up pretty well. But, yeah, it was a shit car.

Surprised that it was written off... but I suppose Vauxhalls are worth feck all so they might as well write it off!

That's what I thought. Not a lot of damage though I was thinking it was probably because of the damage to the A-pillar....

And 'cos they're common as muck.
