according to the documentary on the "You Only Live Twice" DVD they made 2. one was destroyed and the other sits in Toyotas HQ in Tokyo.

Akai made a sampler called the S2000, this confused my band when I first got the car (they're not into cars) and told them they needed to come outside to have a look at my new S2000 - which was about 10 years out of date by then!
