Suitable car for daughter

I'm using my new shape Fiat punto as a commuter/work horse , its a 90bhp 1.3 multijet turbo diesel
For example we must of had 1/2 ton of wood in the back of the tralier, we wetn up various hills (I am in the lake district) and it just pulled and pulled it also returned about 54mpg usually 60mpg when not pushing it.
Great car, quite nice looking too you'd probably get them for about 10k IIRC

Thanks again - have never had a good feeling about Fiats but they certainly seem a lot better these days. The V220 I have is an auto which is great for towing and superb on long motorway / autobahn runs - but really want her to be "manual proficient" at first. Oh well, all fun, we'll all be driving electric cars soon anyway
