If you want a TVR, it's not quite in your budget and it's not a soft top. But OMG. One of my favourite cars ever. Just pure insanity!

ready, aim, dead.
i want one, but 20 mins to warm up the oil before you even start the engine is a bit too impractical!

Just leave it plugged in, then it'll always be ready

i doubt TVR would install an immertion heater that would last more than a few starts, let alone running all the time.
