Saw a brand new Merc SLS AMG on the road this afternoon - I was in the Elise so got a lower than usual view of it but I liked it. Yes, we've seen it on F1 as the pace, but in the flesh it looks great.

30 minutes later saw a new Mini Countryman (or whatever the big version / 4x4 thing esque thing is called)

GOD THEY"RE HUGE!

Again I was in the Elise but lordy, it towered over me.

Think I saw one of these new Mercs today in Edinburgh today, it was the front lights that caught my attention and the rear spoiler, also saw a supersized MINI last week, didn't realise what it was at the time, apart from being fugly.
Dearest MINI I saw was a few years ago, dealer demo, fully specc'd came in at £34k, I had to laugh.

Yeah saw a new SLS in Barcelona the other month and in Silver. He was driving up a hill and with perfect RPM / V8 mix

Red looks good! There are 2 knocking about local to me, red one and a white '60 plate.. The red one passed me a couple of weeks ago while out on a country road on my MTB, he was giving it half beans and it sounded awesome..

MINI Countryman.. why? Because nobs will buy them!
