Exactly. I'd still be looking around if it weren't for the GT86 getting added to the works scheme

I like the GT86, looks like a good replacement for the S, they just need to bring out the FT.

They will do. Worst kept secret in the press is that it's production ready. I reckon you'll be able to get one by spring next year.

Rotrex or turbo? That is the question.
Whether it is nobler in the mind's eye to Avo or to Vortech.
Litchfield may have the answer by the end of this glorious summer.

I love my CRZ as my daily driver - pearlescent white GT with dynamic pack . 45 mpg with just enough oomph in sport mode to be interesting - but I certainly appreciate the VTEC oomph when I get back in the S2K though

That's the main problem i have with changing .... 45mpg just isn't good enough when i can wring mid 30s out of the S2000 on the daily hack. What's the best / worst you can get from the CRZ and how does the handling compare to the S?

Best mpg is 55+ on a run with a low of 38 - avg over 9500 miles is 47 mpg

Handling is v different as it is fwd with light controls (steering, clutch, gearbox etc) but secure and reasonably responsive with not too much roll. I'd stick with the standard 16" wheels as the ride is noticeably harsher on the 17"

Brakes feel much stronger but then my S2 is 12 years old....

I'm pretty sure on the gt86 f/I scene it's been done and proven without Litchfield who are behind in this respect, just look across the pond.

UncleFester

There are some quite good deals out there now on 2-3 year old cars as the early ones come off Hp/ lease. Mine was a Honda UK car and i paid £14k at 19 months old with 9k on the clock - new equivalent is £26k !
