I saw something on the telly about this the other day. Plod have always maintained these things don't work but on one of those traffic cop shows they showed an unmarked UK car following a bloke down the road. I saw that TV show as well. The advert for the spray says that it is totally legal and above board.

I would have thought that it was slightly dodgy, especially as the Cops would nick you for 'Perverting' the course of justice.... or actually not being Photogenic!
