Lotus Magazine
I called on my consultant neighbour this morning who gave me a copy of this, having picked it up on business in Italy.
http://magazine.lotuscars.com/pages/...continue4.html
It has lovely pics of gorgeous women flashings their bits and tits. I don’t think I’ve seen a better pair of pins than hers, they go on forever.
I did find it coincidental as I had seen a very similar Elan to the one pictured at Greenwood Motorsports yesterday.
I was struck by how elitist the magazine is. Lotus used to be a marque that attracted enthusiasts. I was also a bit miffed that the M100 Elan like the one I owned seemed to have been airbrushed from Lotus’ history in the feature Street Cars Named Desire.
Wonder if the Lotus lovers on here will be subscribing at £20 a pop?

The mag actually makes a lot of sense when you see where Lotus want to go.
Isn't Mr Bahar's business advertisement ? Seems like they are trying to create an ultra chic exlusive brand for the new money that will buy the new cars.

Aw gawd - sounds like yet another marque's got a dose of more b ullshi t than reality and wants to become a mere brand. Semms to be the current fad; Borgward's mag. costs zillions & they've not even designed the bloody car yet.
The M100's airbrushed out because in spite of being a good car, it doesn't fit the "image."

...composite cars (no more glass-fibre out of Hethel).
Oh dear; GRP is a composite and they use far more than just that these days...
But the point is true enough; the shed-built image is seen as a disadvantage by most and it needs to change. Reads like the Exilise is dead already before the Toyobaru FT-86 gets here; tad worrying.
But I cannot see silly overpriced mags isn't really helping matters.

The one sock , some how sort of very attractive in a suggestive sort of way, and they look like jolly nice coat pegs.
No comment on the Lotus though. Bought a sofa once from what had been the 2nd Lotus factory in Cheshunt
