In fairness, I did get in it at least once a fortnight. 5 mile fluid flow trip and then a polish

It's about a 4k profit. You will certainly loose bugger all if you buy a low miler. My advice is spend more upfront for the right car as it's not going to cost over the term.

Edit:there's obviously insurance, tax and petrol but it doesn't seem right to include that. Insurance and tax over the term would be c1600. And then fuel. I guess the whole thing was cost neutral
Not if you charge your time. At barristers rates

fHey, I'm keeping your local economy in cash; sending a chunk off to the turnip farmers.

Congratu-fucking-lations, Col!

Knowing it's been on the way, the anticipation's been almost unbearable - I've been looking at it on the Lotus website quite a bit!

Sooooo, how is it?

It's being run in so can't really stretch it's legs. Currently on 240 miles. 1k run it. Can take it to 5k revs after 750 miles, currently ahort shifting to 3k.

Still an awesome vehicle. So planted, just brilliant. Those years ago when I got the first k series caught me. Smitten with the brand.

Wow, looking good!

I have been on the phone today about elise 250 cups myself, I'm totally hooked on Lotus now as well. The trouble is no where has them for a test drive only the softer 220bhp sports. It's probably for the best anyway.

However I've just gone out to the garage and seeing the s1 has but me right back in love with it and most probably keeping it, off to update my thread a little now actually!
