They charge more though

To increase the drama, someone else who saw my ad before I got rid of it wants to come and look at mine. What a soap opera.

I've said I'm chilling out for a bit

The chilling out didn't last long. The ad was seen by someone off the lotus forum before it was pulled. He sent a speculative PM as he was hellbent on an isotope 240. I said pop over and see it, he did, he offered over asking price. I sold it.

And here it starts its first journey with the new owner, earlier today. See, used car selling, even 35k is easy

So I now need to spend the money. I want a v6 cup but they are rocking horse shit.

They gave me the keys to a 350s today at the dealers. It was completely empty of juice and I couldn't wait around. Good ol' lotus

dbw to me is just erosion of the experience. Describe its benefit to me
Mark?

Its shit in the M3, ruins the NA v8 when it fancies (throttle reponse
my aunt). Its a personal pref and i've only driven the none SC version of Carps car but the only car i've drive where the dbw was not intrusive was a 458

I dont need cruise control and dont give a shit about emissions so its tech for no purpose at all. Worse still on the M it breaks.

Flies in the face of a raw car for me. Though i've not tried the v6 exige, hence the "might"

Indeed. This is from yesterday's EDP so it won't be long before they ramp up the volumes and down goes the scarcity and residuals. NO only joking but this new top dog is good juice. He has also made sure I guess the Evora has been re-worked to meet the latest US safety standards.

Sadly I have to report I have been told to look at motorhomes and our 3rd car has got to go

The s2 is an awesome motor nott. I would thoroughly advise one. An s2 exige is Feckin ace. When it drove off I was shocked at how good it looked. That's something you don't often see, your car being driven and that looked great.

However, time moves on and life is short. I want to try all different sorts of cars. I had the exige for two years this month and I made £6k over that term. Doesn't happen often in motors so I will buy a 6k more expensive v6. Won't hold the money as well but it's nice to try new stuff.

Might buy a cheap Cat in the interim, something that won't lose much. All need to be tasted.

The S2 is drive by wire too.

I wouldnt ever try and defend it, but the throttle is absolutely razor on the S3, and when do you hear a negative review about the driving experience? Certainly not to the point of regret.
