As much as I detest Porsche with every fibre of my being, I do support them on this one Red Ken has gone too far and it's nice to see a car manufacturer standing up for us (seeing as we aren't capable of doing it ourselves ).

Correct link

Based on the emissions ruling it's hardly an economical way to get around though.
This is what Ken is trying to make people think about.

However if I go up to that there London I'll be taking my S2000 as it doesn't fall into the new category

Why?

When's the mayoral election, as a matter of interest? Boris Johnson may be a complete fruit loop but it seems to me he'd be infinitely preferable to the NewtFondler, if I was to be mad enough to want to live or work in London....

I'm all for it as I always use public transport to get into London. It's cheaper, quicker and far less stressful.

If it's taking money from Porsche owners to pay for improvements to the Buses and Tubes then even better.

The only people who I feel sorry for are residents of the CC zone who already own cars that will now have this charge foisted upon them - that is manifestly unfair.

It will certainly make the roads nice and clear for the owners of Porsches, Rolls, Bentleys, Mercedes... who can afford to pay for an urban clearway.

Make the plebs go on public transport and get their old polluting cars off the road...
