I know someone who did the very same thing and was arrested for the theft of their own vehicle.

As this was a new car I'd deal direct with Mazda UK. They should have a reptile fund for dealing with issues where Dealer A confirmed that the bluetooth was covered by the warranty.

Theft Act 1968. The garage has a propriety right until the bill is settled.
Back OT, I would be speaking directly to Mazda UK with a view to getting your car back ASAP.

so the garage b said to you that the cost of the repair would be free? and then when you came back to collect your car they demanded payment??
what if in this scenario they agreed that the cost of the repair was say £50 before the work started but then they decided to charge you £500 before you collected the car?
I would tell them that you brought the car in for a repair on an agreed price and that the price was actually free because of a warranty from the other garage and to hand the car back.. then let the garages sort the dispute themselves between the mazda warranty network...

They are instigating a full investigation into the behaviour of the 2 dealerships.
The chap I spoke to was highly sympathetic, whilst at the same time, unable to compel either garage to do anything.
The investigation should take 7-10 working days apparently.
