she earns more than me so she pays more of the bills!
Her argument is that i had one and decided to get rid of it, why should she get one just so i can have best of both worlds, great mpg from A4 and a weekend car that she has to drive through the week. The major problem was she didnt like driving my old S because of the clutch, it had 65k on clock and clutch was on its way out, she had a habit of stalling it. I have been with her for 4 years and had five cars, she is completely fed up with me changing my car, my excuse thats its a hobby is wearing a little thin with her now.
funny you should mention agreeing with her, this is my new angle of attack i am going to let her test drive the tt, then the s2000 straight after. I have found a garage that have got both the 225 bhp tt and S2000 for sale so sunday should be interesting.

I traded mine in for her:
(also requires careful handling when wet (or snotty nose) - wearing a snowboarding helmet.
Even time we pass a s2000, the wife goes 'Don't even say it.. its boring now'...
Hence i cannot get one again, even though it would prob work out cheaper than the clio sport in the long run..

Darlo, if it's going to be her car, then it's her car mate . If she wants a TT you only have one of two choices. Deal or leave
if it was me I'd leave, particularly as my wife wouldn't approve!
