Default HELP! Dilema, M3 con or another S

Hi guys and girls, im looking at another S but i cant get the M3 con out of my mind, so i need some help, as a few know ill be married this year and after the happy day i will be looking at another monster, so what do you guys think?

E46 M3 convertible is a very nice car

Not many bargains about though - good ones are very desirable

I love my M3. Although it's a coupe, as it should be.

Lots of toys, goes like stink handles well, very well balanced. Obviously, being a different type of car, it's not as focused on the road as the S. But that's comparing apples and potatoes.

FAR more expensive than the S to run though.

I've just found out there's only 7 thousand E46 convertibles around!!  thought there would be more 
What are the like to live with? 

M3, owning the same car twice is always a bit dissapointing second time around.
