Best I have seen out of 10 cars.

obviously I am "assuming" the guy is to his word.

I wouldn't trust a stranger over that amount of money

I wouldn't bother with an AA/RAC check either

I would pay another BMW main agent to check the car over

I used to have a BMW but not even a 5 series let alone an M5.
There are a few decent independants who might take a look for you though.
