Yep, just seen that myself. Someone must have made him an offer which he decided to take. With hindsight, I should have asked what he was advertising it for locally.

I did say that you should have done a deal on Sunday.

Ask the seller if he has sold the bike .... he could have withdrawn it from the Auction because he wasn't prepared to sell it for the minimum price.

I have been cought out like this before ...... trying to buy a bike.

Yes, hindsight is a wonderful thing (I just felt that my offer would have been considered derisory) but I did email him early this morning to ask what price he sold it for - let's see if he did withdraw it simply because he thought he'd get just

Guys, any tips on visor colours? I was going to get a black, full tinted one, but are the reflective ones (gold, silver) any better to reduce glare?

Oh, and if anyone wants to answer the question about glove inners, that'd be great.

Dunno about visors San - I used a light reactive insert in a clear visor which works well enough without having to faff about changing them when it gets dark - but then I whip sunglasses on and off in the car all the time as the light changes, so am particularly fussy about seeing as much as possible all the time.

I haven't looked at inners, as I don't think they will fit under my gloves, and I installed heated grips for

Yup - there's a little thermostat/switch which you can mount on the yoke or bodywork somewhere. Mine are fed by a relay activated by the headlights so I don't forget to switch them off - they use a lot of power so will run done the battery pretty quick if you leave them on by accident.
