It was a biker would-be lawyer that took the thread off topic. No wannabee virologists AFAICS. .

And the bikers are still congregating cheek by cheek at Matlock Bath

That link reminds me of the leicestershire retard condemning the Southend beach crowds she had driven 3 hrs to join. ****wittery.

I doubt those bikers spread anything aside from their wings

On the one hand you defend Cummo and then condemn bikers for doing something which is actually within current rules

Bit biased?

Back OT they all seem to have firm seats.. my old cheapo crf250m was comfy though

Maybe it's a safety feature. I get it with all my bikes. Just stop, short pause.

It's a pain in the arse. My old CB500 was brilliant, could do 3 hours + on that without a twinge.

The problem is to get the frame low enough to be sensible, they take the padding out of the seat area to do it and the padding that IS in there is just not designed by anyone who know anything about anatomy.

https://danmedicasouth.co.uk/motorcycle-seat-pads/

Custom gel seat inserts from people who make them for people who are stuck in / on chairs.

https://danmedicasouth.co.uk/wp-cont...ar-Spain-1.pdf - destructions. It really is THAT simple.

Maybe victim of ever increasing age and ever developing cheaper/lighter weight components. You see the same in trainers.

Not condemning I made no comment.
My folks lived there and the biker congregation does impinge on the few nice weather weekends Derbyshire gets so maybe I am biased.

Was going to let this drop but from Webmd
Based on data so far, doctors believe that 1%-3% of people with COVID-19 will get conjunctivitis
I see and explained what I think are the forces that were behind the decision of DC for his small nuclear family to flee to Durham with his autistic child. I defended that. Only the trip to test eyesight was questionable. DC often does wear glasses and except for his GP and possibly optician no one knows the facts or history/existence of any eye ailments. That said conjunctivitis is an irritation doesn't affect vision as such but makes it uncomfortable. Maybe his wife could have driven but that's family dynamics!

The other thing I would say is that the rules and decisions were made by the politicians 'following the science'. I don't subscribe to the view that DC is a puppet master at No 10 and calls the shots on COVID-19. I wouldn't have thought a 3-month suspension would have hurt but he committed no big offence so why admit guilt? Police pressed no charges. Nowt's proven. The 'witness' broke the rules himself and is no better than those folk who dobbed Bojo in for a loud spat with his girlfriend. Political shit stirrers all.

On topic please. You're welcome to defend that twat on the other thread. Mission impossible though.

I replied to a biking issue that affects part of the UK - that I happen to know well - and an off topic subject raised on this thread by others.
Police the EU by all means @jml but we are not in the club any more thank goodness.
I for one trust moderators to do that job.
And not call people twats.

The Japanese manufacturers have all started making cheaper stuff though the pricey stuff is still fairly premium I don't think they are as everylasting but that's down to complexity and regs too

The CB1000R I looked at seemed good, the 650R a lot less primo imho

Trainers, know nowt about them

Yup - where corners can be cut they are. I still think the front end is too hard or the springs / oil are not right for the height it's now set at. That might get addressed after the seat.

Also keep looking at MSX125 and thinking i might need one ......
