aiy its been mild. before xmas it was gnarly and i think i racked up 80pc of my commutes on the dirt bike, very, very wet.. Jan fairly dry and not cold.

i wrap up for a bit in Feb so will take the time to give the Honda a thorough service as well as all the other stuff round the house needs doin.. no more commutes in the rain for a bit.. yay

Nice ride there and back. Given it a good clear of its lungs.

New front tyre needed - feathered
New front brake disc - but they come in pairs Think the previous owner that dropped it did it with a disc lock on.
New fork springs / oil - to fix feathering of next new tyre.

All of that can wait until March.

On the plus .. i haven't forgotten how to go around corners and now its been confirmed that the weird front end feeling / jittery brakes wasn't just the rider needing to man up and commit

Glorious sunshine . Around 20°C. Very nice touring in the siera Nevada. Aout 10°c difference between coast and siera though.
