Finally arrived. A great fun bike. Outstanding engine.

Funny thing 50 feels like a 100 and quite the reverse with the VF-R.

1st none honda bike...

That 3 cylinder engine is a gem. 115hp for a 850cc might not be all that special nowadays but the torque is world class.
And it only weights 190 kg. Ideal for those French b roads.

Briefly, maybe i'll buy one for the wife, but for me from the onser it was that 3 cyl. engine i wanted.

I keep pondering an MT with an Akra

Totally unneccesary for my commute mind but i think i'd get a 7 as i love light bikes. Need to do a year on this CRF and see where things are.

And need to edge it past the missus
