It was quite exciting as I was overtaking a bus at the time.

Put a hole in the engine case. Ordered a bunch of new bits so should have it back up and running by the weekend

It's TT time!!

Bike loaded up & ready to head for Liverpool in the early hours of tomorrow morning

The only downside is going to be jack all sleep tonight as the ferry is at 4am & the weather foreacst is windy which is highly likely to result in some

A few pics:

The right hand side pannier looks closer to the ehaust than it actually is - there is a few spare inches but I am going to have another look tonight before I leave to see if I can lift them a little just so that there is a bit more clearance.

If all goes to plan this time tomrrow I'll be in a hedge somewhere watching the Superbikes!!

Anyone have any experience with super moto's??
I'm tempted to get one,but the ones I've been looking at are the converted Moto x bikes.ive had sports bikes in the past but fancy something a bit different to mess around on.and there's always the option of swapping the road wheels for some knobly's so I could take it to the local Moto x track.
My only concern is the engine letting go every other month.
Then there's the choice of 2stroke/4stroke?pro's and cons with either.
Any info on owning one would be appreciated.

You'd be daft not to get four stroke over a two stroke. Two strokes are old hat and require more maintenance. So unless you like nostalgia, go four stroke.
