I'm pretty sure you can ride/drive a vehicle without Tax for a few days after purchasing it. I did the same when I bought my car anyway and had no problem.
As do thousands of dodgy feckers with no insurance and MOT

2) Practice target avoidance...i.e you will tend to go where you look so look where you want to go. Don't look at the kerb 5 feet in front of you in bends. look through the bend instead.
Thanks.
Dan....now wheelie practice on Saturday then?!!
Oh, and by the way, there is a PO 5 mins away where I can get the tax done apparently....can you give me a lift there in the morning. Fancy meeting at 9.30?
I'd prefer to get it sorted on the same day if it's possible.

Is the PO 5 mins walk or ride?
9:30 is fine with me, but won't you need the paperwork from the bike to get the tax?
If the shop doesn't open until 10 that may be difficult
