yep.. i've done 500 miles since the middle of July and 200 of that was in one day last week

I don't think I've ridden mine at all since April or May this year - combination of working umpteen weekends through the summer and being on holiday.

80% my riding is from September to March - when my favourite roads are nice and quiet

Sept OK.. Oct-March - you must be nuts. i did some commuting on my previous bike (RIP) in April and i came close to frostbite i think

Altbergs, Gerbings, heated grips - guaranteed effective to 4 degrees below at 80mph.

There are limits - when I got home after 50 miles on the motorway at 7 degrees below my testicles didn't put in an appearance for several hours.

The best ride I've had in the last year was on Christmas day. It was a nice day & very little traffic. I even managed to find a petrol station open.
