I've just replaced the dead battery in my R1 and now I can't disarm the alarm

Anyone have experience of these pieces of crap called Datatool Veto Evo alarms?

Was thinking of putting my battery back in today as it's quite nice outside. Hope my alarm doesn't mess up!

Did you put it in service mode and remove the alarm's in-line fuse before you took the battery out?

I think you might need to hold down both buttons to re-align it IIRC - it's a long time since I had a Datatool alarm.

Guys, keep an eye on Hottrax re Spain.

I've been talking to Jimbo and we reckon it'll be massively under subscribed this year so you may get a bargain nearer the time.

It's already down to two groups only now - 30 mins sessions -
