reliability wise are the triumphs any good?

i really fancied the RR at the Honda dealer but i've not driven one yet, not really interested in this weather. the 675 and the RR both get great reviews but in the real world will the triumph match honda build quality?

i've had a go on a TT like Mike's, quite enjoyed that and I guess it's a decision between getting on a

A mate of mine dropped his R1 this morning

Bit shaken up, but otherwise ok.

Needs some bits though, headlight, clutch lever, LHS & front fairings, etc...

It makes sense really! It handles and stops brilliantly, which for someone looking to improve their skills is much more important than an extra 5bhp IMO!

Only issue I've had, and only because it happened to both the TT's I've owned which was strange, is a snapped throttle cable - but then, it is an 8 year old bike, and that could happen to any bike really!!

All in all, they're very underrated and a bargain - just don't pay over the odds for it
