Well done!
Now go take a look at a pre 05 R6 and a Honda CBR 600F. Both of those would be very good for a first bike and comfortable enough for a 75mile commute.

Here is mine. Very proud moment getting my first 2 wheeled rocket.

Very nice! Me too!!!
I was looking for a 2001-2002 Face lift Honda CBR600F, I can't afford the insurance on an R6/CBR600RR/CBR600F-Sport/GSXR600, its as much as the car!!!

hi have a 51 plate c600f and cant fault it. For real world road riding the later sportier 600's arent so much quicker that i would change it for one
its comfortable and also comfortable for a pillion. 75miles will be fine.
its bullet proof. in 4 years of ownership its not had a thing wrong with it - and this is a bike that lives outside and probably only has a cover on it 15% of the time.

I have one you can use, you'll just have to come and get it
Probably cheaper in the long run to buy your own.
It basically keeps the battery topped up for you, shouldn't need to do anything else.
Then in April get the bike to Cirencester

i'm torn between the R6 and the CBR600 (in whatever form).
I need to get down to a Yam dealer and poke about a bit
600s are definitely the right bike for me, i dont want a massive first bike and insurance for me is only
