[QUOTE=san2000,Sep 27 2006, 08:52 PM] What do people think about aftermarket exhausts for bikes?

Poole motorcycles were trying to persuade me to buy a Termignoni exhaust;

Like a power ranger, but higher rank, so the leathers are even more lurid.

I don't know exactly - I think it's a kind of piggy-back ECU

You'd probably be fine with it as standard for a while mate.

The first thing you should get are some mushrooms

Better to have them and not need them, than to need them and not have them

Stupidly enough I didn't have them on my first R1 and it cost me a lot more to put it right than it would have done had I had them

I wouldnt worry one bit about aftermarket cans .

I really dont understand why people go that route , if you must , get a full system or you really are pissing money down the drain imho.

If i had an R6 and wanted to go faster ( and cans dont often do that for you ), i would change the bike .

get the termi for 'safety' reasons, i.e car drivers more likely to get out of your way!
