How many sets of tyres did each of you use?

I did a couple of sessions (20 mins each-ish) on my road tyres.

They seemed to start getting smaller quite rapidly.

So I changed them to my Avons, which lasted me 13 sessions.

I then put another set of Avons on for 3 sessions and rode home from Cirencester (via Stroud!)

They will be taken off to use on another track day.

By the way, if anyone's interested, I've got an e-mail through from Focused Events about another good deal for Almeria in September.

I can forward this on. It's probably on their website anyway.

One. Didn't really do that many laps in the end.

I did the first session of day 1 on my normal Bridgestone 014's then switched to the Avon jobbies.

1st set lasted 2 days and then I had the 2nd set put on.

Have the 3rd set at home waiting for some more adventures now

Do tyres have a use by date??

My pit, first morning

In the same pit, Dan's tyre order had arrived

Pit lane, lovely weather!

San on track with possibly the best sounding bike there

Dan, trying really hard....

My mate Dom's bike, after he possibly tried too hard.

The lovers relaxing at the hotel

San, talking about the size of his previous lover.

End of three days, the bike is packed up ready to get trucked off.

Back to the serious business at the hotel.....

Which resulted in....

What a fecking awesome trip - it was much better than I thought it would be.

And I expected it to be pretty damn good in the first place.

Who's going next year then??
