Possibly worth considering fitting a K&N air filter now too.
Also worth getting some bunny ears for your helmet.

They look

Actually not a bad idea for a track day. See how many rufty tufty double hard bikers you can out brake wearing bunny ears.

Hopefully with the Power Commander in too you will notice some more grunt. Possibly worth considering fitting a K&N air filter now too.
Just downloaded the Scorpion PCIII map. It is stated to be applicable to the OEM or replacement air filter so I'm guessing the air filter makes feck all difference To be honest, I simply do not use the CBR's power at the moment so it is irrelevant if I gain a few bhp with the PCIII and the exhaust - I've fitted them simply to remove the low down flat spot and to make the bike more aesthetically and aurally pleasing

Well, it's a cheap aid to the breathing. It does improve the induction noise too, especially when it is cold

Dan, that would be great! I've considered buying the hardback book but I've been too tight to part with the money

It's just a downloaded version of one that someone scanned.

I can post a link or copy it to CD and post to you - whatever you prefer. . . .

Or pm a link if I'd get in to trouble for posting it

Have just ordered a pair of Metzeler Racetecs for Almeria. I've been told they will last two and a half days, so I will kill my Bridgestones in the first session and then swap.
That's the plan anyway....
