I hope not.
The main reason I got them is that I don't like the OEM pegs swiveling mid corner as I'm trying to tuck my foot in to the heel plate. Plus I want the pegs further back.
Not just because they'll look nice. Honest.

Took the CBR for its MOT this afternoon and went through without any problems other than a comment re the chain needing a clean up. So I've cleaned it up and washed the bike, only to discover a fracture in the fairing:
I wonder whether when I dropped it painfully slowly in my garage 12 months ago and I thought the crash bung had saved the fairing, I did in fact cause a weakness at the point, which has eventually become a break.
What's the cheapest option? a secondhand fairing (trying to find a clean example) or to see if I can get the fairing repaired? I assume the former bearing in mind the location of the fracture near a fairing bolt.

Craig, some sort of plastic welding would do - but the panel may then need spraying.
Alternatively get a fibreglass kit and carry out a repair yourself.

To be fair once you've repaired it I doubt anyone would notice.
Given the location it'll only be you and a potential buyer who would.
I'd imagine you'll be trading it in for a blade soon anyway
