CBR 6 is a good starter - not so sure about the RR though

A friend of mine has one as his first bike though, he seems to be getting on alright with it.

But wants a 998R now instead

I have been looking at the ZX-6R from Lloyd Cooper

At this price it is a bargain for a new bike. It just so happens Lloyd Cooper also have a Honda dealer next door - I'm hoping to take a half day off next week to ride the 600RR and the kwak back to back. I'm not sure the Honda will justify the extra 1.5K though. And as much as I like the Orange Kwak, it does seem a bit lairy

Edit: Nice timing Dan

A tango kwaka - blimey you're brave

Any particular reason for the kwaka over the other 3 Jap 6's ??

Price mainly, over the Honda. However, if the CBR is that good on test I might shell out some more. I just don't like the R6's looks and the Gixxer's image, which sounds a bit snobby but I don't have any shell suits to wear when I ride it

Yeah, I'll test the 2007RR. They do have a used one for just under 6k, so that might be an option.

Mmmmmm. I would definitely like to do something like that. What dates are you looking at? And who are the event organisers?

It's supposed to be an excellent bike. If you can afford it, go for it.
