CBR 6 is a good starter - not so sure about the RR though
A friend of mine has one as his first bike though, he seems to be getting on alright with it.
But wants a 998R now instead

I have been looking at the ZX-6R from Lloyd Cooper
At this price it is a bargain for a new bike. It just so happens Lloyd Cooper also have a Honda dealer next door - I'm hoping to take a half day off next week to ride the 600RR and the kwak back to back. I'm not sure the Honda will justify the extra 1.5K though. And as much as I like the Orange Kwak, it does seem a bit lairy
Edit: Nice timing Dan

Price mainly, over the Honda. However, if the CBR is that good on test I might shell out some more. I just don't like the R6's looks and the Gixxer's image, which sounds a bit snobby but I don't have any shell suits to wear when I ride it
