I've got a track day event at Ron Haslams Race School tomorrow morning - the CBR600RR. Really looking forward to it just hope the weathers not too wet!

Not a fan of race rep paint jobs or power rangers leathers.

Glad to hear it!

I rode bikes for 12 years (including winters - no car) and loved it. Right from RD125 thru X7 to kettle two-stroke-wise and a few big kwak fours (Z900/1000) etc. In Summer 1999, I became a BAB and bought a ZRX11 closely followed by a XJR13. Frightened myself to bloody death! Had a few moments (incl one overtaking an artic at 90 sat on the tail of a R1 and the road bent and fell away - my a$$ near-enough chewed a hole in the seat!!). I do gotta say, Dan, I despair a bit with the more modern image of biking: think group Bank Hol outings posing with

My mate's just passed his test and bought a CBR600RR for his first bike, is he mental?

Cue the next round of me wanting a bike and (hopefully) managing to resist to the temptation. It happens every couple of years.
