i've only managed to put 6000 miles on my GSXR 1000 in 3 years and only on my second back tyre.

I really must try harder!

I am keeping quiet ......

This weather is playing havoc with my commuting on the bike.

I have hardly used it this year.

[QUOTE=S2KayGT,Aug 21 2007, 10:54 PM] My silverslow CBR passed it's MOT on Saturday whereupon I was shocked to see that I only managed to do 1,200 miles last year

i only did about 1200 last year on the cbr6 and probably 800 of those were in/around london

+ about 2500 on a scooter

hell, its not just the bikes. only done 1600 miles in the S since January

trouble with wife, kid and london living - you cant just go out for an hour blat as its an hour just to get to interesting roads!

Snetterton was fast

With only 2 left handers the tyre wear is very one sided.

I have pictures but I need to get around to uploading them.

Soon

I've done 6000 odd in the 20 mths since getting my bike/licence.

Would probably have done twice that were it not for having to work evenings and weekends far too much.

Ouch - floppy leg.

If I hadn't been at Snetterton, I'd probably have gone up to see this as my folks live nearby.

What sort of annual mileage does everyone else do on two wheels (or one if you're Dan!!)?
About 5k and that includes one Euro trip a year - last year Chamonix and the Alps, this year the Pyrenees, and possibly a trip to Liechstenstein in a fortnight.

As for insurance there are some benefits in being slightly grey -
