I can't - I'm going to be in France.

You'll have to come out on a wobble meet

Holy Mother of God and all her other offspring too!!!!!!!

What a bike! What power! I'm not sure I should be testing the Gixxer thou I have lined up for next week if that's meant to be more powerful.

But I will.

I have to say though that it was fairly easy to ride. The electronic steering damper is the main reason for this I think. But also, the throttle response was quite linear.

It actually felt as easy to ride as the R6, but even more effortless because of the bags of torque. I could quite easily not bother with 1st gear!

I rode the black one which I think looks the nuts. :

But they have one of the limited edition HRC colours left which actually looks quite nice in the flesh.

Did you loan him your trusty steed Dan??!!
Of course he did. He knows a master of 2 wheels when he sees one.

Have to say though, Dan. They need to whack one of those electronic steering damper thingies on the R1 too.

course you can ,

Bin it you bought it rules apply

Actually , riding mates bikes is one thing i always avoid .

One exception , a mate phoned me up on a Sunday , he was in shit , his new Gixxer 1000 was booked in for its first service , he was ill and needed somebody to put 300 miles on it ready for its first service the next day .

I rode it like a pansy for fear of binning it
