Do you guys use anything to stop your visors from misting inside?

(Apart from that extra plastic screen thing I have on my clear visor)

washing up liquid, take visor off clean it then wipe the inside with a tissue with a little bit of fairy liquid on it let it dry then clean with dry tissue.
worked great for me (my old instructor told me this)

Workmate brought his GSXR 1000 06 plate in today for me to test at
dinner time but had to go out on a breakdown..Bugger.
