oncoming so irrelevant
If you put your sidelights on in this type of case then fine. If not I suggest you think of other road users and not just yourself.

Dirty, ie road-coloured in overcast light?
I think we have it here after all!
Why don't you try cleaning the bloody thing & see if the trend disappears?
No shit, Shelock.

A white dirty car in broad daylight, still more white than dirt as it got cleaned the other night during that storm. Why do you keep banging on about overcast light it was 9:30 am.
Clean the car
Obviously the general consensus is that it is perfectly reasonable to flash your lights when you so wish and for no apparent reason but to inform others of your great road prowess. Looks like I will be sharpening up the finger for the Rover driver tomorrow, which always seemed like the best course of action

Are you really incapable of understanding that other road users may have a different point of view - not having their heads where your is?
I trust you will report back to us on the road fight you are so keenly out looking for.
Good luck with it.

I get flashed at a lot when overtaking - in the most safe places possible. Im assuming its because they can believe the rate of accelleration
Id love to stop and have a chat with them about their motive for doing it

9:30 am.
Clear.
Dry.
No traffic.
That would be 'fine' would it Perhaps instead of trying to goad people into arguements you could leave a statement as a statement?

There are alot of stupid bastards out there when it comes to lights.
I flash at people for the following:
Fog lights - front or rear on - you are a twat
Lights on full during the day
No lights at night
Fellow Evo or Scoob driver

This is a very strange post, if there is poor lighting conditions and visibility is bad then put your lights on as stated in the Highway Code.
See and be seen I think is the Motto.
Most drivers don't flash their lights unless there is a good reason, like they have been cut up or you cannot be seen.
