Anyone care to remind me the nationality of Flavio Briatore?
Couldn't be connected to any other cheating italian team could it?
I have to say i am seriously pissed off with the way F1 is going at the moment.
I doubt i'm the only one.

Surprised it hasn't been mentioned here...
Apparently because their Spanish sponsors aren't too happy, Alonso is potentially going to race for Mclaren next year
according to a Spanish newspaper

Believe that when i see it. After all the grief Maclaren have had this year with Alonso, i really can't see him going back.
Wishfull thinking on behalf of the Spanish in my opinion.

The whole cheating thing has been a big mistake. The teams all cheat and they always have, the problem is that the Mclaren scandal went public, so they had to be seen to do something about it.
I can't believe that Ferrari were not getting information about the McLaren back from Coughlan/Stepney.
Where will it all end?!

It really bogles the mind, doesn't it?
What a complete farce.
Then again, maybe Renault got a 'secret' punishment from the FIA. Maybe they have to keep Fissy next season :0

I just read the findings.
What a load of shite.
Mackereth takes a load of drawings, shows some of them to Renault, Renault engineers review them.
But because Renault don't appear to have incorporated any of the maclaren ideas in their car (yet!) its not espionage.
That's like saying if i steal your bank account details but haven't used them yet, i haven't commited a crime!!
