F1: German Grand Prix

About 18 points or so further behind than they are now. But unless arses are kicked and lessons are learned, it looks like it'll be the opposite from this point onwards vs last year.

To quantify what I meant earlier:
Ferrari: Massa knows he can't cut it as a top class racer, and today was another example. Kimi can't get the car how he likes it and is all at sea.
BMW: Both drivers appear to be fighting in how the car is developed, it looks as though Kubica got his way at the first half of the season, and now Heidfeld is more comfortable, at Kubica's expense. Much like Toyota were when Ralf and Jarno were working against each other.
Honda: Both drivers miserable, and fighting with each other on track for 14th place.
Red Bull: Coulthard has got the hump because he's out, but both drivers have the hump at their shite reliability and luck in general.
Renault: The car can qualify well, but can't go the distance in a race, goes backwards off the line, and doesn't appear to be very good on its tyres.
Those are only the most notably miserable, but there are others of course.

I think the Finns are the most miserable, as both were completely trounced by their team-mates today. I wonder how long Heikki can continue with McLaren?

Although I'm sure both Massa and Kimi must have been a lot further behind at this stage last season, weren't they?
the big difference between then & now is that then, the Ferrari looked to be the class of the field.
Now, McLaren clearly have the upper hand. It is unusual for hese things to turn aroung overnight (or even between races).
Having said that, Hamiltons lead is nowhere near large enough for the Championship to be a forgone conclusion. Far from it in fact.

I'm puzzled as to why Massa couldn't get anywhere near to Piquet when Hamilton caught him so easily? Anyone got any ideas?

WTF, i love all this turd on here, Hamilton won because he was truely awsome, it was simply a fantastic drive by the man, WGAF that Ferrari have this and that problems, they have a great car but the drivers couldn't get it together, simple really!!
