Total driving ineptitude & a steep hill; probably their safest bet.

It'd be going a lot faster by the time it stopped.

It was close. Maybe they shouldn't have been in the bloody thing in the first instance.

It's scarier that driver training is so shit in this country.

If they're sliding down a hill with all 4 wheels locked and getting faster, what would driver training tell them to do?

I agree, bailing was probably not the best option. Think I'd stick it out with seatbelts and airbags but then again, I can't see what's at the bottom of that hill....
