Have you tried the freeze the panel and then warm up quick with a 2000w hair dryer?

It doe's work, I am not taking the mick (for a change)

You will need NOS or similar to get the panel down to -30 deg then I use a paint stripper gun at 12".

i've had this on a big dent and the result was no better than poor

i think on small dents it's more feasible
