Perhaps you should google 'ZR1' for a little bit of history

The lap time was set by a test driver (apparently) so it might be interesting if they let one of their GT1 drivers have a proper go.

I was just playing the arse, but like you dislike the US cars, I really can't get excited for the StiEvo format cars, no matter how spectacular they are. A bit OT, so...

The 'vette is one of the few US cars I absolutely love. Most likely would own one if I were there. Has a nice long(ish) history to it too.
